Hurdman Wins Islamorada Kiteboarding Invitational

After being edged out by Mark Doyle in a too close to call final last year, Andy Hurdman from Best got redemtion with a huge win at this year's Islamorada Invitational.
1st - Andy Hurdman - USA (Best)
2nd - Clinton Bolton - Germany (Best)
3rd - Damion Leroy - USA (Cabrinha)
The wind finally cooperated on Sunday with most riders on 13's & 15's and competition was tough with the top riders flying in from all over the world. Andy Hurdman, also known as "the grasshopper" for his unique bouncing style, linked trick after trick including mobes, huge sent handlepasses, kite loops and his signature "blind rewind" and in his words, "landed everything, I couldn't miss."
Clinton Bolton, a young up and coming rider from Germany threw down hard including a downloop slim chance and countless handlepasses, kite loops and mobes.
Congratulations to Andy, Clinton & Damion and the rest of the competitors who took part in a great event!
